This is an interactive, high-paced 4-hour workshop/simulation
where you apply growth principles as an employee of a fictional
company. Studies show that by experiencing the principles in this
interactive case-study format, you are more open to new ideas &
less fearful to try something new.
After the training and seeing the success,
you will have a greater chance of taking ACTION on what you learned.
The workshop incorporates learnings from 22 years of research in
helping companies large & small think smarter and more creatively
about growth -- it is based on Doug Hall's "Jump Start Your

Quality Auditor Training, a three-day
workshop, WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY-FRIDAY, January 13, 14, 15.

Course Description:
Course includes the purpose of internal audits, requirements of
the ISO9001:2000 standard, the audit plan, methods of conducting
an audit (checklists, auditor conduct, & scheduling), non-conformance
and corrective action. Hands-on audit experience, reporting &
analysis are included.
Benefit:
Adopting the ISO quality standard and training internal auditors
to monitor your quality system helps build better supplier relationships,
reduces rework, scrap, and product returns. It helps set performance
expectations, promotes consistency, and can reduce new employee
training time. Compliance demonstrates the capability of a supplier
to control processes and is a means by which the marketplace judges
suppliers and partners - competitive advantage.
Cost:
$895 per person. Includes a live audit practicum at Lattice Materials,
LLC, a local manufacturer growing, machining and fabricating Silicon
and Germanium parts to fill the growing demand for high quality
infrared products. Course materials, refreshments & lunch are
provided each day. Register more
than one person from your company and receive a $50 discount for
each additional registant.

Cancellation Policy: For
registrations cancelled less than seven days before course date,
a 50% registration fee will still apply; however, substitutions
at the full rate are allowed. We
reserve the right to cancel courses that do not have minimum enrollment
and registration fees would be fully refunded.

company product/service description, your name (and title, if available)
